Monbat Batteries began its journey in 1959, when the production of lead-acid batteries was initiated in Montana, Bulgaria. Over the following decades, the company experienced significant changes. In 1998, the Montana plant was privatized, and by 1999 the newly founded Monbat Company emerged as a key player in the battery manufacturing industry.
